4.3% - Celtic Metal, a.k.a. Emerald Reaper, a.k.a. Draught of the Ancients, a.k.a. The Black Shillelagh, is a brooding and battle-hardened dry Irish stout forged in the fires of tradition. Built on a base of Simpsons Maris Otter, Dark Crystal, Chocolate, Pale Chocolate, and Roasted Barley, then balanced with a righteous dose of East Kent Golding hops, Celtic Metal is smooth, roasty, and deceptively drinkable—pouring dark as a stormy Irish night, yet light enough to keep the storm raging.

10.8% - This Hazy Triple IPA is pure COSMIC INFLUENCE. We spoke to the stars and they spoke back:throw in some Nelson, Peacharine, and Cashmere and wait for an intergalactic shower of flavor to rain down. From the deep pockets of far away galaxies come huge aromas of lychee, nectarine, and wild thai banana, immersed with stellar flavors of mango, papaya, guava, and calamansi. Warming, pillowy, and ready to share secrets of the cosmos.

5% - An american blonde ale with Centennial, Amarillo, and New Zealand Motueka hops, Daphne is extremely drinkable with a huge citrus aroma of oranges, lemons, and limes

7.2% - Demonous is a vile and horrific West Coast IPA brewed with a light base of Pilsner malt then hopped at heinous levels with Amarillo, Simcoe and Riwaka. Post fermentation we dumped in absolutely destructive amounts of more Simcoe and Amarillo + Citra and Mosaic. The resultant beer is a malevolent mix of pithy tropical fruit with a balanced dankness and some nice nitterneds to boot. Simply an evil beer, friends.

5.5% - California Style Pilsner. Long drinking sessions will be sustained with this crisp and hoppy Lager which is mashed with Italian grown pilsner malt, fermented cold and then lightly dry hopped with Strata as well as a touch of Mosaic and Talus. A fine aroma of light tropical fruit and whole cluster chenin blanc are followed by flavors of honey drizzle white wheat cracker and dried melon and mango.

5.7% - Dobis is our 100% Citra hopped pale ale that starts with lots of Scottish Golden Promise malt to create a graham cracker base. Then Citra brings forth lots of pineapple, mandarin, citrus, and mango. We love Citra, it is super juicy and flavorful. This is the first beer in a long line of brews that we make hopped only with it. Cheers to the OG Dobis!

6.8% - Hello, LA is our 6.8% ABV West Coast IPA hopped with the classic 1-2 punch of Mosaic & Citra hops! Pouring with a clear golden appearance & fluffy white foam head, this IPA produces huge aromas of juicy tropical fruit, fresh tangerine, & has a slight dankness with residual bitterness.

7% - High 11 Hazy IPA is the first release for our 11th Anniversary! This hazy IPA uses a hop combo of Citra T90 pellets, Citra Cryo, Citra YCH Hyperboost, Abstrax Citra Quantum Terpenes, HQG 4, & HBC 1019. That combo produces intense aromas of pineapple, fruit punch, & coconut.

4.8% - Vienna/Mexican Amber Lager brewed with Weyermann(R) Pils, Vienna and Caramunich malts. Smooth easy drinking amber lager.

5.2% - Traditional unfiltered hefeweizen from Germany brewed since 1617. A stunning snow-white head delicately sits atop the honey-orange hefeweizen. A playful, but not overwhelming carbonation slowly ascends the glass, giving the beer a persistent cap throughout drinking. Aromas of honeydew, clove, white pepper and of course, just the right amount of banana entice you. The texture is full bodied but not heavy. While drinking you will be taken by the amazing lacing strewn throughout the glass. The flavor is rich with notes of vanilla, clove and banana, while remaining ever so quaffable, with the slightest earthy hop character settling in on the finish. A depth of aroma and flavor make this hefeweizen a journey of drinkability.

5.7% - Schönramer Gold is a strong and insidious beer. It's hard to put down after drinking a half-liter. Be careful with the Fest-Märzen beer type; the 0.7% alcohol increase makes more of a difference than you might think. Our Gold has a rich golden yellow color with a distinct hint of chestnut honey in the aroma. The first sip is very full-bodied with the taste of freshly baked white bread, then transitions into a honeyed sweetness, followed by a very subtle hop bitterness in the aftertaste. Schönramer Gold has the perfect balance between hops and malt and is naturally cloudy in the barrel.

5% - Spritzy:Tangerine Dream is our latest hard seltzer collaboration with Everywhere Beer Co., bringing a bold twist to easy drinking. Like all our Spritzy releases, it skips the artificial extracts in favor of real ingredients-this time, tangerine juice for a bright citrus burst and Rakau Hop Kief to add a subtle tropical depth. 7% - It’s-a collab! Brewed with our buds at ISM, Super Hash Bros is a turbo-charged West Coast IPA that plays with power. This one’s stacked with Simcoe, Cascade, Krush, Krush Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Dynaboost, and Nelson—bringing a warp zone of pine, diesel, citrus peel, and tropical fruit. Clear, crisp, and crackling with hop intensity, it’s a perfect blend of old-school bitterness and modern aroma bombs. Smash a can, save the palate, and stay on that dank quest.

5.8% - Timbo Pils is our 5.8%ABV West Coast Pilsner that uses Mosaic & Citra hops. Combining our 2 favorite styles, west coast IPA & Pilsner into one beer, this beer is one of our staff’s favorites. The hop combo helps create intense aromas of fresh mango, Riesling Grape, passion fruit, & zesty orange. We hope you enjoy Timbo Pils as much as we do!

This extra fruity version of Roselle screams summertime leisure activities, be it a bags league with your family or a river float with your friends. Enjoy this tropical concoction any day of the week—hammock encouraged.

6.7% - Nectaron, Krush, Mosaic and Riwaka come together to bring this beer a unique tropical aroma we’ve never quite experienced before. Some of these hops are pretty new to us, naturally these new combinations and flavors are too. They’re playing quite well together. Expect notes of guava, pithy ruby red grapefruit and a little bit of that blueberry pixie dust. While the beer may be called West Kept Secret, you can certainly tell your friends about it.

6.8% - Behold the holy trinity of american hops Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic. Tropical pink fruit, bright citrus and just enough dank.
